This Pre-Information Form is provided to inform customers before they enter into a distance sales agreement and complete the purchase of a digital product through the Ceramixis website.

The product-specific information displayed on the relevant product page, cart, checkout page and order confirmation forms an integral part of this Pre-Information Form.

2. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS

Ceramixis sells digital products only. No physical product is sold or shipped unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.

Depending on the purchased product, the digital content may include:

• printable pottery and ceramic template files in PDF format;
• printable pottery and ceramic template files in JPEG format;
• both PDF and JPEG template files;
• slab-building pottery templates; and
• instruction guides provided in PDF format.

All instruction guides are provided in PDF format.

Some larger product packages may be delivered through a downloadable PDF containing a secure download link or instructions for accessing the purchased files.

The specific contents, file formats, dimensions, paper sizes and other characteristics of each product are stated on the relevant product page.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the product title, images, description, included files and file formats before completing the purchase.

3. PRICE, TAXES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

The sale price of each product is the price displayed on the product page, cart and checkout page at the time the order is placed.

Before payment is completed, the customer is shown:

• the purchased product or products;
• the unit price;
• applicable discounts;
• applicable taxes, where relevant; and
• the total amount payable.

The total amount displayed at checkout is the amount the customer agrees to pay.

Ceramixis products are delivered digitally. Therefore, no physical shipping, courier or physical delivery fee applies.

No deposit or other financial security is required unless expressly stated before purchase.

Ceramixis does not charge an additional communication fee beyond the customer’s ordinary internet or telecommunications costs.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is completed electronically using one of the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment institutions, banks, card providers or other payment service providers.

The customer confirms that the payment information provided is correct and that the customer owns or is authorized to use the selected payment method.

An order is completed only after payment has been successfully authorized.

5. DIGITAL DELIVERY

No physical item will be sent by mail or courier.

After successful payment, the purchased digital files may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

• an immediate download link;
• the order confirmation or thank-you page;
• email; or
• a downloadable PDF containing a secure download link or instructions for accessing larger file packages.

Most digital products are made available shortly after successful payment.

In rare cases, access may be temporarily delayed due to payment processing, technical issues, security checks or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Ceramixis.

The customer is responsible for:

• providing a valid and accessible email address;
• checking the order confirmation and download instructions;
• checking the spam or junk email folder;
• downloading the purchased files; and
• securely storing a copy of the files.

Customers who cannot access their purchase may contact info@ceramixis.com and provide their order number and the email address used during checkout.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Ceramixis products are digital contents supplied electronically.

Under applicable consumer legislation, contracts concerning services performed immediately in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that:

• the purchased product is a digital product;
• no physical product will be shipped;
• digital delivery may begin immediately after successful payment; and
• where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal may end once immediate digital delivery or access begins.

After the digital content has been delivered, made available for download, accessed or downloaded, the order is generally not eligible for cancellation, exchange or refund unless mandatory consumer legislation requires otherwise.

Nothing in this form limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

7. FILE AND ORDER PROBLEMS

The customer should contact Ceramixis if:

• the wrong file was delivered;
• a file stated in the product description is missing;
• the file cannot be opened or downloaded because of a verified technical problem;
• the delivered product is materially different from its description; or
• the same order was charged more than once because of a technical error.

Depending on the circumstances, Ceramixis may:

• resend or replace the correct file;
• restore download access;
• provide technical assistance;
• provide a corrected file; or
• issue a full or partial refund where appropriate or legally required.

8. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, software and printer are capable of opening and printing PDF and JPEG files.

All instruction guides are supplied in PDF format.

The customer may need suitable PDF-reading software, an image-viewing application and access to a printer to use the purchased files.

Printer settings, paper size and scaling settings may affect the printed dimensions of the templates.

Ceramixis does not guarantee compatibility with devices, software or systems that do not support the file formats stated in the product description.

9. POTTERY AND PRODUCTION VARIABLES

Results created using Ceramixis pottery and ceramic templates may vary depending on factors including:

• printer and scaling settings;
• paper size;
• clay type;
• slab thickness;
• clay shrinkage rate;
• construction technique;
• drying conditions;
• firing temperature and process; and
• glaze selection and application.

The customer is responsible for evaluating whether the selected materials, measurements and production methods are suitable for the intended project and use.

Ceramixis does not guarantee that every completed physical project will have exactly the same measurements or appearance as the examples shown in product photographs, videos or digital illustrations.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERMITTED USE

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer the copyright or ownership of the digital design to the customer.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page or in a separate license, purchased digital files are licensed for personal use.

Without express permission, customers may not:

• resell the digital files;
• share or distribute the files;
• publish or provide the files free of charge;
• upload the files to file-sharing platforms;
• sell the files as part of another digital product;
• copy or redistribute the instruction guides or templates; or
• present the files or designs as their own original digital work.

Any commercial-use permission stated on an individual product page applies only to that specific product and is subject to the conditions stated there.

Depending on the nature and monetary value of the dispute, customers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee, Consumer Court, mandatory mediation process or another competent authority in accordance with applicable legislation.

• the absence of physical shipping;
• the right-of-withdrawal information applicable to digital products;
• the Return and Refund Policy;
• the Digital Delivery Policy;
• the Privacy Policy;
• the Distance Sales Agreement; and
• this Pre-Information Form.

By completing the order, the customer confirms that:

• the customer has had the opportunity to review the relevant product information and store policies;
• the customer understands that the purchased product is digital;
• the customer understands that no physical product will be shipped;
• the customer understands that the order creates a payment obligation; and
• the customer agrees that digital delivery may begin immediately after successful payment.
