Ceramixis sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your purchased digital files will be delivered electronically.

Depending on the product, your files may be provided through:

• an immediate download link;
• your order confirmation page;
• email; or
• a downloadable PDF containing a Google Drive link or instructions to access larger file packages.

Most digital products are available shortly after payment has been successfully completed.

No Physical Shipping

No physical item will be sent by mail or courier.

You will not be charged any physical shipping or delivery fees for digital products.

Please carefully review the product title, images, description, and included file formats before purchasing to confirm that the item is a digital download.

If you have not received your files or experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please:
